Dance Fit Darfield & Goldthorpe are fun fitness classes where if you think you have 2 left feet or you think you can't dance.... it doesn't matter.
This class is easy to follow and is perfect for you if you are totally new to exercise, a beginner or even if you are used to exercise. Come along and have fun in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
I will teach you easy to follow moves to some great music from across the decades.
Dancing makes you happy & we all need something to make us smile. please do not hesitate to come and join me. If you are nervous - don't be, this is a friendly class and you WILL feel comfortable and welcome. Give it a try..... you wont know if you like it until you try x
